Absolutely terrible! The product arrived with one side hanging off ( see attached pictures). Subsequent communication with Appliance Central resulted in a request that I drive 40kms to the other side of Sydney to exchange the faulty product. My agreement on purchasing was that there was free delivery. Why should I now need to drive 40kms to correct a fault that is not of my doing. A replacement heater should be delivered and, at the same time, the faulty product picked up. A request to Appliance Central to do so has to date met with no response.
