As an online store in this online era you should revise your return policy to be more flexible. When people buy online, this means they didn't actually see the product, the quality, the dimension and whether it is exactly what they are after or not, and just like any other online store you should be able to accept that in some cases people find out that the product is not what they wanted and accept return. I'm not saying that you should pay for the return but at least accept it. And this unopen box policy is ridicules, how would I know if this is what I wanted if I don't open the box? I would understand if you say, unused, undamaged package but unopen is too much. Now I have to keep something that I don't want and doesn't fit me. Thank you!
