I called them just a few seconds after I ordered the product online to ask to cancel my order, and they told me to send a cancelation email. I sent them the cancelation email just minutes after. Now after a week the product just got delivered to my home. They neither replied nor cancel my order. I called them to ask why didn't they refund me and was told if I need my refund I have to bring the product back to their store. But I can not take the product to their store. I haven't opened the product and will wait for them to come and take it back.
