TV unit was delivered next day but it was faulty unit. TCL was reported with video evidences same but they couldn’t find the solution however they advised to contact Appliance Central to get the replacement as my purchase is still in auto replacement period.
Appliance Central was informed with Video evidence but they still wanna arrange TCL Inspection. This is pathetic after seeing evidence they still wanna arrange inspection.
