Ordered from your company on Dec 27th 2022, (order reference 151243), was given a 1-2 weeks lead time. Understand that it was Christmas and New Year's break, and I accepted it. Rang up twice in January (last call to your CS on 9th January 2023), no change in the situation. I rang up on 17th January (a full three weeks after the order and you took my full payment through credit card) and was told: 1. There was no progress from Delonghi and the wait time is still one to two weeks; and that 2. if I'm so urgently wanting to get the unit I can get the other unit in stock or just get a refund. I asked if your company did any tracking with Delonghi and wasn't given any reply at all. I told the CS (Ben) that was not acceptable and that I demand that getting in touch with Delonghi for a more accurate day of availability. It was ignored I called up again and cancelled the order and placed the purchase elsewhere which I can pick up the unit within 48 hrs. The same unit of Delonghi DD230P. The service I received was so unsatisfactory that I would not consider anymore and I would NOT recommend to anyone buying from you unless for items you have stock.
