Bought the brand new Samsung fridge from appliance central. It was faulty. Called appliance central’s customer service but no positive response at all. Staff told me to follow it up with Samsung. After one week, end up with no fridge and still waiting for my refund from Samsung as fridge is not repairable. As per Samsung policy, it can take 15-20working days for refund. Appliances Central didn’t take any responsibility at all.
