This is my first time purchase products from your platform. But the experience was very bad. The delivery speed very fast. That is good, but the delivery man just leave the tv in front of the door, pressed bell and left. The worse thing is, the tv got faulty, I contacted the platform very first time and request a replacement and emailed the faulty video to them. But they said they need to forward the video to Hisense for further assessment. It is a brand new Tv, the video I record apparently can approve the screen of the tv got faulty. However, the customer support still asked me to wait until I contacted the Hisense. Hisense told me I can ask for replace or refund from appliance central directly, don’t need to wait for them because it is a brand new tv, also the customer law allow me to return it as well. So I contact your customer service again and then they booked a pick up of the return.
