I have still not received the item since ordering around a month ago. I rang up on various occasions and was finally told there had been an error as one of my products had to be refunded and it rest the order. As of yesterday I'm told you don't have the item in stock and I have to wait longer. I have an electrician booked in to install this so will be forced to pay him a second time. The money I thought I was saving by going through you will now be spent on an electrician.
