I was really annoyed I ordered an item for a gift to be delivered. I received the tracking notice number and then the item didn't move from collection for a week. I then received an email from appliance central when I queried the courier company saying they made a mistake they didn't have it in stock and had to reorder it. This means my gift has not arrived for the birthday and won't for another week.
