I ordered the goods on 4/12/23 with delivery on your website expected in 2-5 business days. From the tracking it was picked up by Aramex on 6/12/23 and it is now 16/12/23 and I still do not have the goods. The item is a Christmas present for my son so if it doesn't arrive in time I will be cancelling the order and expecting a full refund as i will need to go out and purchase a replacement one.
I do most of my shopping online and have had no delivery issues with any of the other suppliers. I was tossing up between you and Appliances Online but went with you because of your delivery time frame. Very very disappointed and wont be shopping with you again.
