The fridge I ordered was on back order and when I asked for an ETA for delivery just before Christmas they responded on Christmas Day to give an update, which I was not expecting! On the day of delivery excellent communication from start to finish. Even though they had a tracking app they rang and texted in the morning to update the 2hr window and 10mins before they arrived at the property.
