After the purchase I got an e-mail that it would take 2 weeks to ship my stuff. Two weeks later, no updates.
Emailed the company and was told that would take more 5 business day. One week later, nothing. I sent another e-mail. This time they told there it was a product shortage but should arrive in stock in 3 days (although their web-site was still displaying it as available for Newcastle region). Four days later... nothing!
My wife tried to call to get the purchase canceled, but guess what, their call center takes hours to pick your call. Emailed once more, they asked for more 4 days... This time, yaaay!, ready to ship.
They called on a Tuesday, during working hours, I didn't see the call. Around 3:30 pm they send an email asking to confirm until 2 pm of that day if there would be someone at home to receive the product next day. I answered yes, but then they replied that the truck already left and I could only get my stuff the following Tuesday.
So, in short, after nearly 2 months, I got the stuff I bought.
