I ordered an LG tv for $2,100 that was broken. When unboxing the tv, the screen has a bunch of dead cells at the top right of the screen.
When trying to resolve this they provide lots of excuses and it has now been 4 weeks with no resolution. They said that they will replace the screen but I haven’t heard a thing and get out on hold every time I call.
I would rather pay more from a store that can assist than deal with this unreliable brand and its ‘employees’.
