The AC team are excellent, especially the sales team. I ordered a washing machine online and then called to check on the status of my order. I mentioned that I really needed the machine as soon as possible, and the AC team was able to rearrange the delivery for the very next day. I was really impressed and much appreciated the fast and responsive service. The sales team provided excellent customer service. They were able to accommodate my request for expedited delivery, which was a huge help. The delivery itself was also very prompt and efficient. The only area for improvement would be the post-delivery experience. It would be perfect if the delivery team could collect the packaging materials after installing the machine, instead of leaving them for me to dispose of. This would make the overall experience even more seamless and convenient. Overall, I had a very positive experience with Appliance Central. The sales team is top-notch, and the fast delivery was much appreciated. With a slight improvement to the post-installation cleanup, this supplier would be truly exceptional.
