A really bad purchase. The Hisense TV 65U8KAU is a dud. Managed to get it out of the box and set it up and flicking through channels it lost the picture. Completely dark screen, which for a TV seems like a critical fault. It seems possible to reset the TV by unplugging from power, but then it randomly does the same within 30min. Since this happened on the first day of use I asked appliance central to refund the purchase. Instead they pointed me to the manufacturer warranty which instead of sending someone to repair wasted my time on troubleshooting via the phone. Total waist at the moment, the TV does not work and has been sitting a dud in the loving room for over two weeks now. I request a refund! Do not buy this model/brand.
