This is my first time using this website to shop for an appliance. I was impressed at the price of my stove as it was at least $100 cheaper than buying from local suppliers or other sources. I was also impressed at how quickly it was processed and delivered free of charge from Sydney to Canberra within 2 working days. The drivers contacted me twice on the day of delivery. The first time to confirm we would be home to accept the delivery and time range of delivery. The next time they call me was to advise me they would be here in 15 minutes. That was very efficient. The deliverymen were polite and ensured they took the necessary photos to confirm the item was in good condition when delivered. I have already referred the company to some of my acquaintances and will do so again in the future.
