Delivery date didn’t happen took day off to be here. I Rang for an estimated time and told it was coming to then get a phone call later saying delivery driver hurt his back. Last time I ordered same exact thing which I believed and understood but both times seriously. Finally delivered few days after. Washing machine wouldn’t drain water. Trying to get a replacement- told manufacturer technician had to come check it first. Yet several days pass haven’t even gotten a time or date for technician. Due to it being a brand new machine under consumer law I have a right to a replacement or refund. You would think they would send out a replacement straight away- as a happy customer would continue to buy products and recommend other people to buy from you. The longer it’s left the more inconvenient and more time off to be available for deliveries or technicians. It is really bad customer service. I understand sometimes there is faulty products but it is how a business deals with mishaps like this that matters. I should not have to continue to chase this. I’m still waiting for a return call !!
