I bought a TV and was delivered to me within a week.
But the problem started when I received the TV.
I was sent a faulty TV.
Technician already came and had a look and analysed that I was sent a faulty LG tv.
It's almost 2 weeks now and I am still waiting for LG to refund me.
It's taking so long to process complaints when they already know that they sent a faulty TV.
I guess you can say my experience with the seller is not that good and I expected them to help me with the problem. But I had to email or ring everyday to find out what's happening.
