I wasn’t able to be home when my package was delivered and expected to have to pick it up from the depot. Instead the delivery person phoned me and asked if I had a neighbour he could leave the package with. I was able to tell him which neighbour he could ask and shortly afterwards he called me to say the delivery had been made successfully. I was very grateful for his thoughtfulness.
