Unfortunately the fridge freezer we bought from Planet Appliance is faulty and we’ve had to throw away a lot of food that froze in the fridge compartment. The staff have not been particularly helpful, all they have done is advise us to reset the appliance which would mean emptying it of all our refrigerated and frozen foods for 48 hours, which would mean throwing all the food away. They were not always responsive and seemed reluctant to provide a replacement. Sadly, looking at the other customer reviews, I can see that I’m not the only one who has experienced poor service by this company.
