This is a terrible company. I actually bought the dishwasher through Walmart which used Appliance Planet. When the dishwasher arrived it was leaking water as the delivery men carried it in my home. I thought it was odd and so did the drivers. However I thought maybe it was rain water from the warehouse. Then when we unpackaged the dishwasher water came pouring out. Planet world advised all their dishwasher have the same issue. Really, I have ordered many dishwashers before and this never ever happened. This company was not only rude to me on the phone they refused to deliver another dishwasher. I just want my purchase returned and my money back. I strongly suggest no one ever buys an appliance from Appliance Planet. Very very poor customer service.
