Called on a Tuesday to book an oven repair for an 80 year old lady. Was advised that an engineer would come out to look at it the following day (Wednesday) By the Thursday I had heard nothing, so called the office, and the engineer turned up on the Friday to assess what was required. He said that the office never gave him the job until the previous day and that he would order the part and expected it to be delivered to him on the Monday or Tuesday. Again, by the next Thursday I had heard nothing so kept calling and texting the engineer because the lady was getting distressed. Lies followed more lies as he told me he had tried to call her. She called HIM and he said he would return her call in 10 minutes after he had finished driving. That call never came. We are now into the third week. I have paid the fallout and Labour charge (£70) and the part cost is at the house waiting for him. I don’t expect we will ever hear from him again, I asked for a receipt for the Labour charge which never arrived via email which I was told it would. I couldn’t even find this site on reviews.io so I expect all of the reviews on their website are fake. Very poor communication from the office, lies from the engineer and a very upset pensioner. Would not recommend
