I ordered a retro fridge freezer. It is Appliance directs own brand. I'm delighted with it. The gentleman who called me about my order was a delight to speak with and told me how AD are a family company and they are proud of their own brand products. I was given a delivery date. I was kept informed and the drivers contacted me on the day with a revised earlier delivery slot. Everything went according to plan. I have no problems with the fridge freezer and I would recommend and buy from them again. Thank you!
