Absolutely thrilled with my Provence gas fire. So glad I was brave and went for blue, its a really classy, deep matt blue. The appliance is solid and weighty, but easy to move around on its castors. It gives a really authentic cosy glow and gives off plenty of heat. I cant fault it. The service has been excellent, great communication, speedy delivery, and prompt response to my question. Great purchase in every way.
