This is my first time using 'Apliances Direct' but won't be my last. I wanted to upgrade my washing machine and after a lot of research and reviews, I finally chose Hotpoint Model WMFUG1063P. Appliances direct had the best price for the machine I wanted so I ordered it that day ( Sunday ). From the outset I was kept up to date with my order via email and text messages. I could track my order if I wanted to, my order arrived the following Wednesday, inside the stated 2 hour time slot. The delivery men where very helpful and curteous. I have used the machine 6 times now and am so pleased with it. Its so quiet and I love the fact it has a 30mins quick wash ( my other machine did not ). Thank you Appliances Direct, I will be back.
