Appliances Online sold me a TV on Monday 17/01/22 that was to be delivered on Friday 21/01/22.
They rang me on Wednesday 19/01/22 and told me they would not have the TV ready for delivery until late February. I asked why their website said it could be delivered on Friday. They told me it must be an error.
I went and checked their website and they were still showing the TV could be delivered in January. I told them this and they informed me it must be an error.
I asked Appliances Online to send me an email explaining what happened. They said they would and sent me another invoice. They then tried to switch me to buying another TV.
It is misleading and deceptive for Appliances Online to pretend they have stock and then try and switch you to another product.
Terrible customer service, terrible business to deal with.
