I had a fridge delivered for my elderly mum today. Fridge was organised for delivery within 24 hours, unknown to me my mother also had a doctors appointment. I rang them up in the morning and easily changed the delivery time. When they arrived there was equipment, tools etc blocking the entry from the garage. The delivery men were amazing, made room to bring the fridge, ensured my mother rested and absolutely amazing service. The entire experience was quick and easy but the customer service from the delivery team would ensure I bought again, cannot thank them enough, this is customer experience that is priceless.
