Ordered a washing machine from Appliances Online. It stopped mid-cycle on the first use. I contacted Appliances Online immediately to report the problem. They sent their technician back the next day to look at it.
He said it was faulty and needed to be replaced by Miele.
Called the Appliances Online team to request they organise a replacement machine. They told me I should contact Miele myself to request this.
After I insisted they should help me solve the problem, they reluctantly contacted Miele on my behalf via email.
But 10 days later nothing had happened - no contact or replacement machine.
So I requested a refund from Appliances Online. They said I would have to chase a refund from Miele because they had already passed the money on.
Absolutely disgraceful customer service. BEWARE buying from this company.
