Purchased a washing machine 5 months ago. Came fast took my old washing machine away. Paid for extra to have installed guys dumped in box and left. So I had to put together myself (all good). Fast forward 2 week ago - washing machine becomes faulty, enquire online service was incredible received a phone call from warranty provider. Have spoken to SEVEN different people all with different stories. First being job accepted local technician will call by tomorrow to organise to come see and fix machine. No call so rang a few days later to be told I need to wait minimum 7 days for parts to be ordered in… but they haven’t even viewed the machine and problem yet. Received a phone call today saying no longer making parts so to ring appliances online to organise refund/replacement. Rang had the rudest customer service answer the phone. Put me on hold for 7 min then answered again like he was answering another call… fumbling his words telling me I need to wait 48 hours to receive confirmation then I need to call back and sit in line on wait times for an hour. I hope it’s just a once off and I had a bad experience but I won’t be using them again. Especially when you pay for a service you expect communication and not rudeness.
