I paid for a standard logo package. Firstly the sales assistant who first reached out to me for a logo design was very rude to me calling me crazy for asking if this was a scam as he would not respond to my message after the payment had been taken. The logo initially looks great. But the service from the staff was literally the worst customer service I’ve experienced in my whole life, and I am a business owner myself and I would never speak to customers the way the sales assistant called David did. He said I’d receive the logo within 24-48 hours and this did not happen it was 4 days after I received the drafts and I wanted Changes to be made and in this time he would not respond but my project manager did respond to me accordingly. I filled in the form over a week ago for my logo production and it is now the 27th of may and my logo is still not complete. Everytime I’ve been told 24-48hours this has always been exceeded by 2-3 days if that which is unacceptable jd you are telling your clients a timeframe. Baring I’m mind I needed the logo by the 26th. I have again been told today after my change that I have to wait another 2 days till Monday to receive everything which is just a nuisance because I’ve been waiting so long and been made so many promises about the service. I also spoke to the owner Daniel Adams and he seems to not be able to compensate my issues at all which is actually quite appalling as I even showed him the evidence of the delays of my logo production. Honestly I could go on and on and on but I would not recommend using this company if you are wanting a quick logo, they have delayed my plans so so much, and I can’t even begin to talk about how rude the sales assistant David was to me as well as ignoring my messages which were important enquiries about my logo production.
