Thank you. I am a long time resident and driver in New York City. It saddens me to see the Traffic Officers put under so much pressure that they are looking for any opportunity wrong or right to produce numbers to maintain their jobs. Coupled with the Harlem community boards, local officials and NYC 311 complaints unit lack of communication regarding construction and it’s policy and permits in the local neighborhoods making it almost impossible to parking for individuals the rely on their car to transport themselves during the week and their families on the weekends. Thank you for fighting for hard working individuals such as myself.
