So here’s the deal: any citizen or resident is within their full rights and means to fight/dispute any ticket of their own volition… the reality is that it is a time consuming and usually tedious process with little to NO room for error. Nothing burns more than wasting a year or more of your time disputing/rescheduling your case, just to miss your hearing by 15 minutes and lose all your time and ultimately pay the fine and get penalized whatever points they had on you. THAT IS WHERE WINIT COMES IN. These guys give you your time back and if they lose, you pay your ticket and have the extra time that the system allows you. If they win, you pay half the original fine.
