I took my Apricoat 2.0 on a spring skiing trip and the jacket ended up being perfect! I took my fair share of falls but I saw no sign of wear or tear. The extra pouch for emergency water and bandages was a good reassurance (especially for the off piste stunts) and the sleeve pocket was very useful for holding lift tickets.
