I ordered - and paid for - their URBN Backpack - which at the time they were heavily promoting on social media - and... just never received it. Not sure they're still in business, but I do still get, albeit with much less frequency, their occasional ad in my inbox. Buy from a real company. I'd give Apricoat a wide berth.
