Would just like to say that Heather at April & Oak Customer Service offers excellent customer service. Heather was able to deal with an issue we had in an efficient and professional but friendly way, followed up on the issue and kept in contact with me to let me know how things were progressing. Issue got sorted quickly. This type of customer service is, unfortunately, not very common these days. Thank you Heather.
