So didn't want to give any rating tbh but could only do so to get onto the site....we had a conservatory fitted 5 years ago, still awaiting contract copies despite asking several times....we now have a leak...been awaiting nearly 3 months for "mac" to sort...he's written every excuse in the book not to come and inspect....despite 37 calls to him....12 calls to the office...pav and sunny promised...not delivered also...e mails...texts....he's ruined fathers day weekend and I'm still waiting for his so called fitter brother to turn up tonight bearing in mind mac has been promising to sort out since April 6th 2023...and has promised since yesterday with 3 definite time slots which didn't happen...and when challenged several times he got angry.......absolute joke of a company.....they might be cheaper but don't use under any circumstances.....
