I ordered the XL spa steps, which arrived next working day. Unfortunately a part was broken so I emailed aqua spa with photos. They were quick to respond, with apologies and offered to send out a replacement part by next day delivery. This duly arrived as promised, extremely well packaged to protect from damage in transit, and I have now put the steps together. 5 star customer service. Thank you to John and the warehouse team.
