Ordered on next day delivery and carrier messed up so got 2 parcels over 2 days. Carrier issue not Aqua Spa. Communicated with the guys at Aqua who were on the case straight away to sort. Ordered a hot tub lifter and it works excellent. Easy guys to deal with great experience.
