Jason Mullard 2 reviews Published 7 days ago I recently purchased a walk in shower … I recently purchased a walk in shower enclosure from Aquabliss and was assured it would be delivered on or prior to the 28/04/17. Half the day had passed on 28/04/17 and no delivery, so I checked the reviews and upon reading them feared the worse, which was then initially compounded further when I contacted Aquabliss and was informed their courier had told them they had delivered my order. However I should have taken the negative comments within the reviews with a pinch of salt as the customer service I received from the Aquabliss team upon raising my concerns was first class. They made enquiries with the courier and identified that the local courier in my area had made a mistake and my goods were delivered, perfectly packaged a short while later. To my shock though the delivery driver damaged a package whilst unloading and 2 hinged brackets fell out. Upon inspection the brackets I found they were scuffed from the fall. Following a call to Tony I was assured a new set would be posted out. I have taken the time to write this review as upon checking the reviews believe Aquabliss are unfairly rated. Thankfully I did not initially look at the reviews on here re Aquabliss and therefore received some excellent goods at a fantastic price. I have no issues with recommending them to others and won't hesitate to purchase from them again.
