Ordered a shower screen that arrived with components missing. I had to phone so many times to get replacements sent that i knew all of their staff by name. They would never phone back, and then argue that the parts were there to start with. I would get told they had been sent only to find out they hadn't been after waiting days and days. There are many firms that do after sales service. This one doesn't.
