After receiving my shower enclosure on 3rd July 2017, I contacted them to notify I had been sent a shower tray with the waste in a different position I asked for and also one of the wall posts required to install the panels was missing.
I was told the correct tray would be replaced and I would receive the missing wall post.
It never came.
Spoke to someone on Monday 10th July who assured me I would have it by the end of the week.
It is now 14th July and there's still no sign of it.
These people don't seem to care once they have your money.
