I dislike leaving bad reviews but unfortunately Aqua Bliss has driven me to it. A shower tray, which was suppose to take 3 days to arrive, took over eight weeks to be delivered (after constant chasing) and when it did arrive and the packaging was taken off, the tray was so badly chipped I couldn't use it. Throughout the eight week wait Aqua Bliss staff continually misled me by saying, each week, the tray would be delivered. It wasn't. Eventually someone told me the truth - the shower tray was out of stock. I am now facing a battle getting the damaged tray replaced. Apparently a replacement was going to be delivered today but guess what - it didn't materialise! I have refurbished 4 bathrooms in the last 4 months and used Victorian Plumbing for everything apart from this shower tray. Victorian Plumbing has been fantastic -offering a seamless and honest service. Aqua Bliss has been nothing but a disappointment. I would not recommend this company.
