What's more important is that I twice had issues with my order - the first time was totally my fault (adding an extra item afterwards and confusing the payment & shipping arrangements); the second was with an item that was missing from my original order (two of the same ordered, only one shipped). In both cases Aqua Gardening staff were so helpful, both on the phone and over email. Both issues were sorted quickly and at no extra cost to me. Mistakes happen but the deciding factor is how those mistakes are resolved. Aqua Gardening dealt with these minor hiccups, quickly and professionally. I couldn't have asked for better services.
