The 15amp timer I bought had only 10amp outlets, which made it impossible to connect a spa as I had intended to do. The promotional information on the website gave the impression that the timer was suitable to connect 15amp devices. When I contacted you to discuss the problem I was told I could return the timer at my own expense as I changed my mind about the equipment and no longer wanted it. I bought a 10 amp to 15amp adapter from another electronics store to plug into the timer that fixed the problem. This was my first time doing business with you and it will be my last.
