This is the first time I have purchased a pond pump and filter so I truly appreciated the customer service assistance by Daniel via email and Zac during my free phone consult. Wonderful team and great selection of products. The only thing for improvement (and it’s not a deal breaker it’s more constructive feedback) is when items are on back order like my pump and filter I waited a long time (weeks) and it was up to me to keep contacting the team to enquire about updates of an eta for the items. It would be great if this was done proactively. Other than that I am happy to say the Oase pump and filter set has improved my pond water beyond my expectations.
