Excellent service. Very impressed with the range of products on offer and particularly the free postage. Only thing I would recommend is to mark packages with breakables in them as fragile. My package wasn't handled particularly well by RM, which is in no way Aquapet's fault, but if the package had been marked as fragile, I'd have more recourse for a complaint.
