My first order was cancelled without warning or apology because I'd used a discount code that Aquapet claim isn't theirs. This resulted in me receiving my item much later than planned because I had to wait for the refund to hit my account before I could reorder. My rating would've been higher if Aquapet had admitted they'd forgotten to deactivate the discount code or at least apologise (I recognise that system errors can happen but the message from Aquapet took no responsibility for the mixup whatsoever). That said, once I'd ordered for the second time delivery was very quick and the item is perfect. Much cheaper than buying direct from the Catit store!
