I would NEVER use this company again. For the last 25 years I have always sent flowers to my daughter for her birthday. It is always something special for both of us. I ordered flowers two weeks before my daughters birthday. They were to be delivered on her day. Aquarelle sent me a photo of the flower bouquet one day before it left the warehouse. I expected the flowers to be delivered in the morning or during the day. They arrived damaged at 10pm and were left at the front door in the snow. I would not recommend this company. I am very disappointed. There was nothing special about this and it is such a shame that companies like Aquarelle do not care about the special meanings of their customers lives.
