Thank you Aquarelle for the spoiled holiday. I placed an order #667921 on 05.11 with delivery on 07.11. This time is quite enough to deliver flowers to Valencia. I was told that the delivery of the flowers would be from 9:00 to 15:00 and I had to sit at home all day to receive the flowers. However, the delivery never took place. I had to call the shipping company where they told me they don't ship to Valencia! Perfectly! A question for Aquarelle - why do you ship through a transport company that does not deliver goods to Valencia? And why didn't anyone inform me? Why should I find out information from the transport company myself? The support at Aquarelle is terrible, there are no phones, and in the chat they answer me once every 30 minutes (at best). Therefore, I expect you to return my money for the fact that you did not fulfill your duties!
