I placed an order and then due to a change of circumstances emailed to ask if it could be placed on hold for a week. I was answered immediately, also out of business hours and was told that wouldn't be a problem. I was notified when it was dispatched and when it would be delivered. The plants were extremely well packaged and despite my young son giving it a good shake to see what was in it, the plants were completely unharmed. Presented in individual sealed pots I was surprised at the generous size and how extremely bright and lovely the plants were. When splitting the plants for planting I realised the roots were nice and loose and I was able to split everything with zero damage to the plants. 2 weeks later and the plants are flourishing. Excellent standard of product, and great customer service. I will absolutely buy from this company again.
